Fire Cadet Journey

The Fire Cadets programme is a structured journey that helps young people develop skills, confidence, and responsibility over time. As cadets progress, they take on new challenges, support others, and grow into leadership roles, preparing them for future opportunities within the Fire and Rescue Service and their communities.
